Mcdonnell will lose his only attribute if at centre which is coming into the line from deep. That aside hes a pretty average player. Shauls emergence has seen him surplus to requirements, you'd be best off trying to offload him and free a quota place up. Shaul is a better all round player already at this stage of his career.

McDonnell has never played centre in his life but he has played wing before so he may have to get used to it again.
