This was mentioned on sports talk the other day with burnsy saying how it has dragged on. I don't think this is the case at all.

I think Tom has made his decision that he wants a change, the NRL move didn't come off so I think he has chosen a club but is waiting until the end of the season to tell everyone, including the fans. I don't have any problem with this as I'm sure he would get stick whichever club he chooses to move to.

Earlier in the season I was questioning his commitment to the cause but as the season has wore on I've seen plenty of effort from Tom and I say good luck to him wherever he plays next season.

But....if it is a super league club I hope he knocks on everytime he gets the ball when he plays Hull FC!

I understand he had a provisional offer from Crunulla but when they doping issue raised its head at Crunulla they were forced to retract that offer.

Personally I feel a bit sorry for Tom. He wanted to better himself in a better competition and its fallen through.

Why didn't he go after another contract?They'd be plenty of sides wanting him.

A bit early to feel sorry for him. For all we know (and there'll be plenty on here who think they do know) he's already got himself a good deal elsewhere. One thing for sure is that he will be missed.

I was told several months ago that His NRL deal fell through after the club's deadline and consequently he accepted a deal at Leeds on less money than he is currently on here. Make of that what you will.
