Not looking forward t next week's match. The time has come I think - no point in waiting for the ship to sail. Appoint a new coach now then at least there's a shot of recruiting some talent. The Red and Whites have Mike Smith in Oz at the moment scouting for new players, if we wait any longer next season will be written off as well. Action now I say. He is a coach that can attract some good names from both sides of the pond and that really is half the battle.

I'm not talking just about money. Under whatever regime we have we just don't seem to be able to match performance , execution and results with our ambition and clear potential which suggests that , especially bearing in mind your cap comment , we are not good enough in any department apart from possibly merchandise but even there it's the fans blind optimism that gets us buying the "jam tomorrow" shirts every year. Don't know what the answer is it's been the same for so long now.

A change of culture/education/mentality?

I would make the players watch the 2005 & 1982 Cup Finals, that would show them the desire and passion for the shirt that is needed to win. Some of the players now cant be d it has showed in the last few games. Same old story really.
