Thats it in a nutshell...thought we was going to be after last season but think he has proved that he is out of his depth.

No excuses for Gentle anymore , He's had enough games now to stamp his mark on the team and it looks like he's failing .

But Gentle is far superior to Sandercock you all told us.

I'm not sure he is.

What i'd guess is that he'd like to release half the squad.
