Again, I don't think you can, there is no reference to "bounced"...

Somebody posted the rule after we got pinged for it against St. Helens in 2010/11 in the drawn game, when Foster kicked the penalty after the hooter to tie it up.

saw 1 penalty given last for moving off the mark,at PTB,yet i lost count of how many times it happened through out the match.

To be fair, it was probably because he interfered with the markers, pretty blatant moving. I know what you mean though.
