Tbh it looked like he was struggling to lay down when he was on the field but surely it's easier to lay down with a bad back than stand up

Sinfield had a very good game. It was pretty obvious to anybody with at least an average brain capacity that he was missed in the 2nd half. |

it can be hard to move at all, you don't realise how much you use your legs and back to lie down til you can't! |

looked like a back spasm, very painful and worrying if you haven't had one before - its quite a common cricket injury for the bowlers. he will be very sore tomorrow, but ice then heat, rest, and a bit of physio usually cures it in 2 weeks or so. lets hope thats all it is, as a spasm can be caused by underlying injury

Since May 14th 2010, Sinfield has started a massive total of 4 games at loose forward. All of the rest have been in the halves, and he hasn't missed a league game for Leeds since.
He used to be a loose man. Now he's a half.
