Need advice on where to park close to the Stadium for the Magic weekend game.

Chances are that I am only going to see our game and I'll be getting to Manchester around 4pm. Other than the official stadia car parks (£10 a go) which could be full by that time, does any one know of any parking within 15 mins walk of the ground?

parking in the city centre (around oxford road where the old BBC was) at the moment is about £3.90 all day. thats only a 15 min walk to the stadium or you can get a bus there from piccadilly for £1.50. The tram also goes from CC to the stadium
