There is a resort minimum - if the minimum isn't reached they'll cancel and requote you for a taxi.

Correct, as long as 8 have booked with CST then you are ok.

If I was stopping in Lloret would probably book with CST, last summer it took around 2 hours after the last pick up. We were in Calella and must have had about 8 pick ups before we got to Lloret and it was over 3 hours on the coach which was a bit of a nightmare, only had a couple of hours in the bars before heading to the stadium, seemed a bit quicker on the way back. Stopped in Tossa a few years back, nice resort.
