the holdsworth situation is very strange if he has been passed medically fit every week i cant for the love of me see how you can all of a sudden after 60 minutes get headaches and start been sick and if that is the case and its true what i want to know is how can they test if its stopped if they don't risk him??? how long do we keep resting him for???

The aftereffects of concussion can takes weeks or months to go away. Or he might have Post Concussion Syndrome which also can take a considerable amount of time to recover from. In both cases the only treatment is rest. They'll have medical advice to follow and he's in non-contact training so they should be able to assess his progress.

its such a well worked conspiracy...they make him play for 60mins in a key game against Hudds, instruct him to throw up pitch-side on his way off the pitch...or maybe just maybe they are telling the truth

There's been so many rumours going around i thought it was a good post to put. Ie, Rumours him moving to Aus or Salford.

To be honest i've had concussion and i was throwing up and getting constant headaches for at least a month.

i no mate cant be too careful with these injuries but i can just see it going on quite a while hope he recovers quick and can be in contention for wigan at home its a big game and think with a good team performance and big crowd we could have a shock result!!

I spoke to Ellis a couple of weeks ago at the foundation centre on Picekring Road and he stated 2 - 3 weeks away.

However I have heard today from a friend who's son is very closely invloved with the team that Ellis my never play again due to the severity of the injury.

I hope to god this is not true but we will see.
