Went for the tickets for the Cas/Rovers games.Good job when they tried to Register one of our passes it didn't register
But the young girl reissued us another one.Good job we didn't wait to use them for the first game.When we got them one of the names was wrong.The last bit of the surname was spell wrong but we pointed this out but were told it was ok and it wouldn't be a problem.The girl in the ticket Office said we would have had trouble using it on match day To all pass holders check your passes

just a thought one of my mates got a call from the club to say his passes for the west stand padded seat area were ready for collection are they included in the season pass sales figures if so there could be another 500 or so not yet in the total

I don't know if this is typical, but I paid for my pass at the FC shop in town in the first week and still havn't received it. Should I contact the club or are others in the same situation?
