I liked 'The Good Life'. Penelope Keith was excellent.

And this bunch had me p!ssing on a Friday teatime after school.

A lot of comedy is dated and you can ruin good memorys if you watch it now , shows such as red dward, new statesman, harry enfield need be kept a good memory

Brilliant,used to watch this with my daughter when she was a kid.

I'd agree with that to some extent.
Saw an episode earlier this year and it was dated, although Basil was still mental.

Anyway a rerun of the series tonight on BBC2, 7pm.
