I heard Cooper walked out/brought his retirement forward due to an agruement with Allam who wouldn't accept his view that the football damage the pitch more than the rugby. He also wanted Cooper to tell FC they couldn't play on a Friday night and he refused.

Wasn't that so he could redevelop the fairground/West Park 'for the people of Hull'?
It could be moved to Caravan Park, there's already a circus there run by a clown. |
