I am not a massive poster on here (hence still in single figures!) so I apologise in advance if this has been discussed before or somewhere else.

I have a journalist friend in Australia who I met when I was working over there about 8 years ago and regularly keep in touch with. He is pretty certain that we have signed/about to sign Jacob Miller from West Tigers. I do not know him as a wind-up merchant or someone who says things without substance, so I find his comments quite intriguing.

Has anyone heard anything similar?

Just googled him and appears he is a jamaican reggae artist. Should improve the pre match and half time if nothing else

Apparently has only played 1 NRL game this season. Is part of West's Toyota Cup Team and was also chosen as halfback in the competition's team of the year. He's just turned 20, is 6ft tall and weighs 13 stone 3 lbs. Another project??

I dont know if its just people putting 2+2 together or randomly picking a name from PG's old club. Miller is only just 20 and has already broken into the West team a few times, why come over here when you have a career in the NRL in front of you ? He did play for the amusingly named Mullumbimby Giants though!

Might be hard to get a visa for NRL juniors now unless they have English/EU heritage.
