i think his tacklings ok esp for a half, seems to only have one working ankle so it would hamper the other 2 you mention

IMO getting rid of Seymour and replacing him with Dobson would be a mistake.

Seymour has had some good games and some bad ones this season but since his kick up the backside I feel he has comeback a better player and wants to fight for his spot in the team.
