I agree mate , I think westy is a great player and has a massive future at the club . Once someone has a bee in their bonnet about a player all they look for is negetives and totaly miss all the plus points that the player brings to the team .

Not sure what you are seeing that makes you think that presently tbh, the jury is still out for me however I think overall Westy has got talent and he is definitely improving since returning from injury and I expect it will be next season before he hits his full straps again, still prone to silly mistakes for me to consider him reaching International level yet though. I do agree fans on here certainly get a bee in their bonnet about certain players which totally clouds their judgement on any particular performance, I mean feck me some-one even slated Turner on Friday and the bloke was not even on the pitch  |

I disagree mate, the big hit is great to watch however all players have to take responsibility if that hit goes wrong and on this occasion it went wrong, it is not a question of who is to blame it is the point that contact was made with the head I doubt most players intend to put a shot on another players head however they all know if they do they will pay the price and rightly so players heads have to be protected, we would have been outraged had Lauaki put the same shot on Westy and hit his head, works both ways. |

Speaking of Turner, you were touting him as a future international earlier in the season. Now if Westerman makes too many silly mistakes to look like a future international, why Turner? That's selective reasoning IMO. |
