I don't think Briscoes a FB. He doesn't seem to have the passing game to me and on numerous occasions tonight he was a little ball greedy and ran into dead ends when overlaps could possibly have been created. His best assets of his game to me are his kick returns due to his deceptive power and he's ideally suited out on the wing. McGoldrick would be a better option at the moment for you as he has abit of a background of halfback play and will be more effective chiming into the line.

You guys are definitely having bad luck with injuries at the moment but we also had Finch, Leuleuai, Richards, Goulding, Fielden, Flower and Dudson missing tonight. Its just we have the squad to cope and youngsters to come in if needed. Pearson and Gentle seem to look like they're starting to atleast get you on the right track regards building a squad correctly as Ian Lenaghan did for us a few years back.

Tom Lineham looks a cracking prospect, very strong runner of the ball. I think you'd be stronger with a starting back three of

1.McGoldrick 2. Briscoe 3. Lineham

Foster doesn't add much to me, never really rated him all he seems to have going for him is his kicking game. With Lineham and Briscoe on the wings your forwards would be getting a real good helping hand in making the metres.

To be fair to tinkerman23. He, like most of us are really frustrated with our constant injury situation. Its got to be part down to sheer bad luck and some conditioning issues & tackling techniques etc.
As for seymour / nicklas & mcgoldrick etc, We cannot expect them to shine when our forwards are getting mullered !
