Sorry my exact thoughts last night when i read the comment regarding *****ng that he was an English Int.and could not get his visa. the RFL rightly as you stated made that decision not the Border Agency. But taking aside the disappointment of both sets of fans has am sure many KR fans would have love to seen him play in a Derby. Chase own Solicitor at is hearing in Sydney did stress the outcome could have issues regarding future visa applications ..... Which evere way you look at it he now has a criminal record for assault surely Fc fans have not forgotten the Crocker debacle over visa applications etc.
