Very true, but I know Nathan Brown really wanted him. I suppose Saints wouldn't want a player who doesn't want to be there but he was very happy to sign in the first place so I'm certain he'll be at Saints next year. I haven't heard anything else since he signed the contract about 2 weeks ago so it seems like more false rumours.

I really don't see the big attraction for him to go to Saints tbh. Saints aren't one of the top 4 anymore imo and have about as much chance of winning silverware as we do in the next couple of years imo.
I guess it's a new challenge for him I suppose.

Well Saints must be throwing crazy amounts at him then considering we we're willing to make him one of the highest paid players at the club.

Saints offered around 100k a year over 3 years, I don't know how much exactly.

If that's the case, like I said I don't see what the big atraction to Saints is?

He may just fancy a change of scenery or perhaps he doesn't get on with the new regime, the new revolution so to speak?

He also may be facing reduced game time next year with competition from Ellis, Tickle, Westerman and Whiting. If Saints have guaranteed the game time he wants which he may not have got at Hull that could be a factor.
