Me and my grandad park outside the ticket office in the disabled places and we see people leaving in the cars all the times. sometimes just driving into the crowd. should be stopped.

Does the rule apply just to cars parked around the immediate perimeter or the car parks as well?

The council issued safety certificate and the 15 minute rule apply to the perimeter road around the stadium bowl. The car parks are just that and cars have priority (when sensibly driven of course). HTH.

In All Fairness though sometimes you do get a group of fans who take the micheal getting out because there drunk and start on the drivers of the cars. and thats when they move off.

I must say in all the 10 years of parking around the bowl I have never witnessed anyone drunk having a go at anyone parked up and if it happened to me I'd rather clout the drunk idiot having a go rather than move off and have the potential to mow down hundreds of people



At the end of the day, people move off early because they are impatient, simple as.

I have seen the stewards stop a few, even standing behind the bay so they cant move.

Problem is its 1 steward to at least 10 spaces so if they block one another jumps out.

Did lose my rag with one driver and a steward last year because of this, as the driver was pipping his horn and giving me some grief for walking in front of him

If the match finished at about 5pm and the girl wasn't hit until 5.45, isn't Allam's driver in the clear with regards to the 15 minute rule?
