And so we lost another generation of supporters. The rfl were desperate to keep us in SL for the stadium even though we wanted to be relegated to enable us to rebuild. They forced a merger on us which resulted in more supporters turning their backs. We have built our supporter base up which has doubled in the last half dozen years, we have gone from the whipping boys to a solid side in a relatively short space of time. Most of the supporters on here have gone through all that and frankly get p****d off when we still get c**p of supporters from other teams who still witter on about lack of trophies and poor support (which is actually now comparable or higher to the majority of teams in SL) now I expect the sarcastic aww bless remarks etc but I just wonder if your team had gone through what our s had in the same amount of time how would your trophy cabinet/ supporter base look?'"
