Having been to all pre season and all 4 super league games so far, Vievers and Long doing great job and we can see the progression!
However, would all those smart ar....s that told me to reel it in after Cas match like to make their excuses for the turn out tonight!
Hull brought at least 2000 and the crowd was less than last home match! Did it snow in Salford tonight? Was it minus 7? Was it on tv? Was it unattractive opposition? Was it Saturday tea time? Of course not!!
They said it all starts on the pitch well we had just come off the back of a great win at widnes and our best half of rugby at saints for 5 years! Yet still no one turns up!
One match into our super league life in a brand new stadium and a whole stand is shut! 2 things: if you support Salford and don't go then don't come on here spouting......and, can anyone explain to me why the club don't fill the east stand with 2500 kids with freebies. The residual spend alone would be worth it not to mention showing this great product to a new audience. Off the field the club need to get their act together as the players are doing their bit!
