sorry but by pleading guilty should not make an appeal unreasonable , pleading guilty to the fact eventually a fair tackle lead to contact with the head should not go against you .

The charge was for a reckless tackle with the shoulder.

Pleading guilty says, I did make a reckless tackle with the shoulder....but....

If he felt he was not reckless then he should have plead not guilty.

Its done...time to move on now

It's been like that as long as I can remember mate. It was just about the first thing I noticed when I started following the sport.

I'll wait on the full details before making a final comment but on the face of it the club's cocked up here as well.

Would he have been supported/advised by McCrae??. An advised stupid plea of guilty was playing into the RFL's hands, how on earth does he/they think that they would go against the refs decision and reports, incredible stupidity on behalf of the club....seems we are no better organised and up to speed in the back offices that we thought we would be after the clearout.
