Both rugby pitches in Perpignan are really close together. The fact that one was playable and one was not, seems to point towards circumstances other than the weather.

It is going to be a disruption for people who wish to go to the game that work during midweek, unless they get the time off. As for a mid-week game in France for the players it would have the same effect if we played a midweek game against London or Saints for that matter. I don't see the problem other than 2 games in a week and a slight disruption for fans. The RFL should pull their fingers out and give us a date as soon as possible to ensure that fans can adjust and get time off work. Some fans are worrying too much. Its only France ffs.
