The comment about Pearce's fitness intrigues me, he's been with FC for two years, if he's not fit surely some conditioner needs the sack?

not sure if potter left certain players out for a reason, but the bulls were terrible, one reason i'm not getting carried away with todays score, apart from burgess, their forwards were unable to make any yards and they had to rely on the kicking game to make them and get them out of trouble...could be a long season for bradford fans |

The right wing looked stronger when Martin was on. Sharp (literally) flailing a bit in defence when left to tackle by himself. Both he and Turner looked good going forward, though. Sharp looking confident under the high ball too.
Martin should start every week, for me. Am a bit concerned that Turner's game time seems to indicate that Gentle is wavering between the two. However, didn't see Martin and the end with the rest of the players. I hope he didn't pick up an injury? |

Has he been full time for 2 years though ? Powerful runner but looked knackered after 5 minutes.
Its possible he just may not possess the engine of a professional athlete, I could spend a year full time with the best conditioner in the world and I still wouldn't be that fit. |

You are me and I claim my £5. We had exactly this conversation at half time. Seems to just be a blocker in the middle to me. Odd that a player with undoubted talent can't carve out a pivotal role in the team. Hope Gentle's on it. |
