I watched Westerman closely and it's true to say defending in the middle effected his attack.
All in all i'd say we were a bit rusty.'"
Poor kicking game and never stopped the offloads.
Worth considering swapping Tickle and Westy when we are defending.

[quote="The Reason":3e09qe5x]Hi Andy
The Rugby Football League are in the process of reviewing the video that you are referring to. We do not condone behaviour of this nature and have contacted the player’s employer, Hull F.C., who have confirmed that they are dealing with the incident under their club rules.

Very true, I was also surprised we didn't have two runners when at the play the ball, we seemed to revert back to last season.

| It looked like the first run-out of a team who hadn't had a competitive match to me playing a team who'd had a few more. The defence was pretty good for large periods considering the amount of ball Rovers had but. When it did break it seemed to be lack of communication. We seemed to push a lot of passes and mistime runs etc and so dropped the ball a lot. The penalty count was a bit worrying though - we'll have to sort that out because it can't all be down to the referee only watching one side.
The way Rovers players were dropping like flies throughout the game began to remind me of that infamous pre-season friendly against Huddersfield where our team was ruined for the rest of the season. I hope, for their sake, that those players can get back to fitness quickly. I hope Beaumont makes a full recovery too.
