I am sorry, maybe it's me who is missing something, but it seems there is a reluctance to comment on Pearson's position here.
For what it's worth, I too believe Allam is a 'loon' and do not believe for a second that he should be allowed anywhere near the ownership of the KC Stadium. It would be a disaster for Hull FC in every sense and I totally share the fans' concern.
That said, I totally understand why Hull City fans are distraught that their owner and benefactor will now be unable to take the club to 'the next level'.
What I fail to understand is why - given the diametric opposition of the two clubs fans' on the issue - does the Hull FC owner of all people stand 'shoulder-to-shoulder' with Allam on wanting to drive through his private ownership plans?
It is a truly bizarre situation and, until Pearson breaks his ties with Hull City and the Allam's, the suspicions over his FC ownership motives will linger!
