We had a great record of young players coming through, with alot playing 50+ games before they were 21/22. Can't see that happening with Agar in charge, no confidence in them. The last was Tom Briscoe who made his debut in 2008!

To be fair Sarg is better than anything in the Hull Youth system by far but your point is a valid one if you use others as an example.

18th man is not a great experience for a kid of his age. Either put him in or send him out on loan for a year.
