Quote: Sebasteeno "He was the player that he was. I enjoyed watching him play and as a local lad the fans always got behind him when he arrived on the pitch. When he came out of the line and got the man it lifted the side just like Yeaman does now. I personally dont give a poop what he did outside of the game. It was his choice and imo he did not let the fans down as that was Kingy and everyone knew that.'"
Makes it just that bit special, when a local lad makes the grade, weve all dreamt it, and when we see an Hull lad on the pitch, it does lift the crowd.
Like you Seb, i enjoyed watching Kingy, never a legend, but a good lad, and what he did outside of rugby, never really concerned me, he'll have his own regrets, of that im sure, but good luck to him,and hope he enjoys his rugby at Haven!
