Not sure.
Moa was a bit of an unknown quantity and perhaps needed guidence. Perhaps Agar's quality is bringing on younger players. Afterall, Houghton, Briscoe and Moa have improved. Perhaps these players were always going to flurish due to natural talent.
Where Agar falls short is advising experianced, established players, like Lauaki. Perhaps Lauaki (and others for that matter) do not respect Agar as he hasn't really achieved anything of note in the game?
