Sorry If I haven't been 'blown away' by the three recent signings, and for having the temerity to suggest that Ellis (by Super League) standards is 'very average'!

One average game doesn't make Ellis an average player.

To be fair on JMR, his points about Ellis's knee issues, lack of pace and off field problems are spot on. Also if you was to judge on tonight's performance alone, he looks bloody awful. Fortunately, he has played well in other games, and at his age, he can only get better. Let's not delude ourselves though, he is cheap cover that we hope we can improve to SL standard.
