Head coach is vital I agree but investment in players is also important, we seem to be getting the player rosta about right imo, lots of experience and youth combined with a few youngsters in the pipeline. Agar right now is rightfully still in his job and the board are sticking with their vision of having a young british coach and investing in british players.
I understand what they are doing but still question if it's the right thing, I ultimately think we need a top coach to win things but certainly don't expect Agar to be leaving this season provided the current performances are maintained.
