| Quote blakeysrobin="blakeysrobin"Most premier league clubs are massively in debt but dont blink. If our backers are prepared to lose big money in the long run whats your beef?
We have had it in the neck for long enough. Crap ground, crap crowds etc oh Allams wanting his money back plus extras!
We're ok thankyou. See you on 5th June at Craven Park Or maybe not.'"
That's fine by the likes of you blakeysrobin, if you have no pride in taking money which you will only pay back at a 1d in the £. Sorry but I have more respect for anyone who is generous enough to lend me something then to repay with anything other than the same amount + interest.
Also your name of 'blakeysrobin' is that the name of your previous employer, Ian Blakey, if so give him my regards, and ask him if he would welcome creditors defaulting on his firm with 1d in the £. ........grannyfan Cindy

You might want to lobby a few other Councillors directly as well. Read the following and take note of a few key names who have received freebies from Hull KR in the recent months.
https://web5.hullcc.gov.uk/akshull/user ... /kab110.pl
You might particularly want to look at Cllr Chaytor who is the new chair of the planning committee and what he has accepted from Hull KR and find the one who received a season ticket as a gift!
They hold positions of power and influence and they need to be challenged and publicly.

Interesting reading. Wonder if the mail can do some kind of comparison to see who has accepted what from each club

I've just sent a freedom of information request to councillor.brady@hullcc.gov.uk, I have requested the following:
1) Minutes of all meetings relevant to the final decision to demolish The Boulevard, including any public or private consultations that were undertaken, names of those people sitting on the committee(s) and any related correspondence.
2) Minutes of all meetings pertaining to the development and building of the KC Stadium, including all legal covenents and funding conditions, names of those people sitting on the committee(s) and any related correspondence.
3) The Council's policy on the potential sale of the stadium and surrounding land, and how it reconciles with comittments made to various governing bodies.
3) Details of under which powers Hull City Council would call a referendum on the sale of the KC Stadium, and an indication of when you expect to hold such referendum and the cost to the authority of doing so.
4) A list of members interests registered in terms of gifts or hospitality accepted from Hull City, Hull KR and Hull FC over the past 2 years as at 1st June 2011, and details of when members last update their interests.
we shall see what response I get.

Interesting Phil Webbo is not listed as receiving any-thing from KR!
I wonder why he has to pay to attend the games, yet other councillors do not

Perhaps he just makes sure he only eats £24 worth of food and only drinks £24 worth of beer? To go with his £20 match ticket?
