I was there last night and it was a good mix of young an old , fit an unfit (myself in the unfit category ) and i will be turning up again next week

Havnt been able to get down yet because of work but I'll be giving it a bash tonight I reckon. Go easy on me me though because im carrying a knock.

Was gonna give it a go tonight but after having a look in park I just saw a load of people looking as if they were warming up for an international rugby game and I thought "not for me".

I just thought it would be a simple turn up, pick teams and play!! CBA with a load of stretches and warm up exercises!!

Well done for organising something though and hope everyone else enjoys it!!!

Just to bump this back up. It's back on again tonight after the exploits of providing the pre match entertainment at the nines tournament last night, get yourselves down. As always its open to anyone over the age of 16, male and female, of all abilities and fitness. In reply to the poster who turned up and decided not to take part after seeing the warm-up. It's completely up to you whether you do it or not, after that its just a case of picking teams and playing. New players are welcome.

I'll come give it a try another week then, i guess i just got the wrong idea but it just seemed really involved and our lass needed to be off with the car so i just got her to take me home. I didn't want to just walk up and say 'right, i'm not warming up but i've come to play' cos i thought that may have been a little rude on my first visit.
