The fact that Foster had his hand on the ball and was gathering it into his chest shows he was controlling the ball.
If Horne had knocked Fosters arm causing the ball to come free then it [imay[/i have been deemed a loose carry, but Horne knocks the actual ball away from Foster and it goes forward in the direction Horne was running.
The last 2 calls were wrong, but this one I thought was right.
