It's irrelevant what mess the club is in, you made unfounded allegations about a member of the playing staff.
All the excuses about how poor we were doesn't wash, O'meleys suppose to act like a professional rl player but as a member of the public you can act how you want?
I doubt there wasn't a person in the staduim more ed off with the display than O'meley.

To manage people it requires good communication skills , a bit of empathy perhaps and the respect of those being managed. The latter is debatable but Agar doesn't seem to get much respect from those in the media as no one seems interested in his opinion. That in my view is essentially because his communication skills are non existent. I do not understand how someone like him would be able to get his point across to all of the varied personalities , intellects ( or lack of them ) and backgrounds that make up a SL squad. If you can't do that then no matter how good your ideas are it's unlikely that you'll get all of the players on side. Even if he has the technical coaching skills he's out of his depth in the other areas and that will only get worse as the pressure builds on him and his team and as things start to unravel. |

Look, i made the post within 10 mins of the game, I was radged, well annoyed that my club is in a heap.
I really don’t want to hear club apologists saying how good Udders are and how its difficult to play there, we were rubbish and will continue to be so.
As for Omeley, he did react, no doubt, at the time I did think he flicked v's (like Craven did and was it Wilson or Aston) anyway, the sign clearly got to him, and for me thats the point. I do apologise for alleging the V’s
