I had the same thing happen to mine shirt last year, the P&O logo peeled off. Last game of the season I was in the shop and the tall bloke who works there noticed it, asked me what happened and just swapped it for me. I didn't even ask, I thought this was pretty good.

More annoyed that by the sound of it the shop ain't open today so I can't wear it to the match!

If ya notice the first part was just askin wot I should do as iv not had this happen before and now I know they will replace it I will be goin to the shop tomorrow as they aren't open today!
