Some posters need to give ther head a bang, Rich is aquality player and still has plenty to offer. Why do people think he is going to get injured?

How many games have Leeds and Saints 6 & 7 missed last season? are there supporters calling for them to be binned, maybe its time to be positive and lose the negative vibes.

Most of the threads on our board are doom and gloom.

And no matter what the season holds they still will be.....if we lose 3 games in a row we have to have a mod on suicide watch

look...horne is of a new breed of fc legend....no doubt about it, he's a quality player......

he's not getting any younger,he's on big money/contract, not as fast as he once was, and the injuries are now dictating how many games he will play...and that is a bad concoction in my eyes..
horne is a classice example of someone who knows he's on a good thing whilst at fc...........if horne was an ozzie and was playing nrl every week, now would be the time he would be looking for a superleague contract for 2-3years and thats a fact....one last pay day....

Think you're doing him a big disservice there, mate. The whole of his career shows a dedication to and love of the club that's led to him putting his body on the line time and time again. No disciplinary issues, always works and trains hard, always gives 100% on the pitch. Hardly the profile of a time-server looking for an easy buck.

100% correct...I am not sure what the future holds for Rich, however I know for a fact Rich is certain he will play well again and I hope he is correct.

agree with what your saying, but if the guy never came through the youth and wasnt from hull, people would want rid of him simple as....if horne wanted to leave , where would he end up? who would pay him what he currently earns at fc? not mmany, and for me, theres no room for sentiment, if your not fit enoug no more then maybe its time for fc to make the descion for him beause im sure he wont throw in the towel with a contract like that left to pay out...as ive said, after this contract fc and horne should part ways

next year is a massive year for me at the moment hes worth a another 1 year deal on really reduced wages and used as a utility player, wether he would want that i dont know but next year is a massive year for horney and i hope he proves alot of people wrong because i feel he still has alot to offer and showed glimpses of the old horney we know

obviously only playing on average half the season for the last 3 seasons isnt good enough and already this year hasnt started well. it isnt looking good for horney gaining another contract but you never know hopefully he can have a good injury free season alongside longy and im sure he will be good for us but isnt looking good at the moment

If he got offered that Rovers would offer him a 2 year deal and like Moa and Radford we would cave in again and give him 2 years.
