I would go buy both Briggs and Moore. I would also start Briggs from the off next season and use Horne as back up

You know I would love to see Hull do something like that. Go and find the two best halves in NL and say right next year is a learning curve and the year after you're up as Long/Horne are OOC. However I think we will sign one and then a halfback from the NRL for 2012.

It has and he was. I mentioned Briggs the previous weekend after I was told we were looking to do a deal with Fev for him.

Only watched him once and he seems more of a running 6 to me, no real passing or kicking game to speak of but does remind me a bit of Tomkins the way he runs and steps and seems to be quite strong. Personally I think we need more of an organiser but would take any halfback right now so that we have additional cover.

I was thinking exactly the same! Would dual reg Moore back to Batley while he learns his trade training full time at Hull. Chances are he will get a first team opportunity at some point with our injury record.
