Compare Agar's pedigree to the coaches of the teams that are hoping to be considered a major threat and it's laughable. It's a wonder to me how the likes of Berrigan, Fitz, etc. can take him seriously, after what they have achieved.
However, to me, it appears that his fundamental flaw is his failure to motivate a team to play. Justin Morgan takes fairly average players and gets the best out of them. Agar takes players and, for whatever reason, they consistently play below their best.
It's very frustrating and the lack of ambition of the club is sad. I wonder how many other ambitious teams will overtake us next season.

I think if Kath or Rule did anything purposely to hinder the club the other shareholders may have something to say about it.
