Bailey was only offering Radford out when he was stood behind his full team. Notice the way that when Bailey stood up and went looking for Radford he conveniently ran round the back of his team mates to get there rather than just walking straight up to him.
I'm sure if the ref had seen Bailey 4 attempted head butts on Long and the original elbows to Radford he'd have been sent off too.
For Bailey to not even get sin binned it was farsical. (although because he was subbed straight away loads of people round me thought it was a sin binning)
