As has been said on other threads it all went into slow motion. They had a three man overlap and our nearest man was level with the sticks. They had to score. Still can't beleive they didn't. Great nights entertainment topped off by a breath-taking finale.

Immense strength from Briscoe, especially from a 20 year old. Great timing as well - you can see him changing his stride pattern to get in the perfect position for the tackle as he runs across.

He actually starts the run across from the other side of the sticks. Fantastic play and a cracking, in fact awesome tackle

There were people wanting the same treatment for Tom as Craig Hall, you included. Difference is, Hall could never make a tackle like that.
People were calling for Tom's head earlier on in the season and he has truly shut them up.

No. People were pointing out that Tom Briscoe didn't get the same treatment as Craig Hall when he made mistakes. I can't speak for everyone else but I personally wanted Hall to get the same treatment as Briscoe, not the other way around.

I honestly can't recall more than one poster calling for Briscoe's head, but feel free to prove otherwise. Or admit you made that bit up. Your choice.
