If we sign galea it will just prove that there is no thought in our recruitment. If he wasn't crocked then rovers would be keeping him. They'll sign him then start bleating about injuries for the next 2 years when he spends most of the time sat in the stands

Unless we have some mystical way of getting him off the quota it will be one of the worst signings (in terms of wasting quota and cap space in relation to what we have and what we need) I have ever witnessed.

Seriously, I think I could do a better job. That's not saying much, I know, but come on. I'm getting all riled up just thinking about our recuitment of "prospects" from Salford, Leeds rejects and anyone over 32 with a poor injury record. If Galea's one of our 5 quota players, I really don't think I'll bother with our usual 4 passes next season. Our recruitment of British players has been poor over the years (Tickle apart) so I think we will see a weaker squad next year. FFS.

Sadly true, nothing surprsises me anymore about our recruitment and retention policy. Galea is just the sort of player we would sign.
