yep i agree, but he doesnt have the balls to drop anyone or change things when they aint working, plan A only, one dimensional, i just hope the board see this sooner rather than later and get rid, but i just cant see it.

It would seem that the board are only concerned with the business end of things. So that is were the supporters need to take action if we are to have any effect.
They would have to way up which is going to be the biggest loss to them.

Going back a bit (and not to sure, but) wasn't the deal with the gate numbers an issue? I think that if the gate was over 7500, there was not a lot of profit from above that number.

lest we forget that KH and co are who has made this club an example to behold amongst SL clubs, if they go the club will suffer badly.
RA is a good coach with a great vision but a winning team is not built in one season , look at all the big hitters it takes 2/3 seasons to craft the way forward and this term KH & RA started again.. give them time , give them time the big picture will be worth waiting for !!

In 2005 we won the cup. Backed it up with a GF appearence. From there on in we have gone backwards at an alarming rate. Off the pitch I will grant you all is well, but the main stay of this business is on the pitch. We bought into the new signings and supported players being turfed out in the hope of a better future. We we actually have is the same old same old. Except this time it will take far far more than a few months of constant publicity from Longy, Fitz and CO to make alot of people buy into it next season.

Rome was not built in a day, and it certainly wasn't fully built in 2006 but it has taken a matter of weeks in comparison to destroy the good work carried out from 2000 to 2006 and the one constant throughout that period is the coaching set up from Agar down.

Off the field great, on the field awful.

If we carry on like this on the field the off field side of the business will suffer.

Just imagine how much money the club could make if we had a good side the last 3 years, making the play offs etc.

The club are only stable because th eloyal fans turn up week in, week out and spend their hard earned in the club shop despite the dross on the pitch. Won't last forever though so I hope kath's vision takes this into account

We have got things right off the field, which only emphasis the problems on it. Agar and co have nothing to worry about whatsoever other then putting out a competitive side. A full salary cap, fantastic facilities and not a worry in the world, I can think of plenty of other SL coaches who would love to be in his position. Talk about being in a comfort zone!

Also, our decent starts to seasons under Agar also paint a telling picture. We do okay early doors when every team are finding their feet. Problem is, when they do find their feet we see no improvement whatsoever, it really is embarrassing now.
