I think as Hull fans we are all agreed we wanted you first up as you usually take a few games to get into stride. in my mind you are still one of the best and what we should aspire to be. See you at our place.

Some great chants tonight from our followers. It was dissappointing that we could not see the whole game though. I couldn't even see the big screen never mind the farthest try line.

Tremendous noise all night, boy am I glad it was played on Sat now as it gives my voice/throat/head a chance to recover for Monday.

It's not that unusual for them though is it? Remember them clapping us out of the ground after the CC semi in 2005.

Saints and Hull have always had a great relationship since that match, Saints fans were different class that day.

I doubt any of us would have been as gracious in defeat.
