| Tonight was the 1st time id had the oppurtunity to attend 1 of these fans forums and i wasnt disapointed. I thought all the panel especially Rich Agar spoke well. Fitzgibbon just oozes professionalism and we all know how much of a role model Richard Horne is too rugby league fans on both sides of the city.
Was nice to hear James Rule get some recognition for all the hard work that him and his team have carried out over the past couple of years to put us in the strong financial situation that we are in. Rule has took a lot of stick over the past 2 or 3 seasons from us fans (me included) some of which underserved. Only 12 months ago City and Rovers fans were crowing about how great their chairmen were (Duffen and Hudgill) and how poor Rule is in his job, bet both them clubs would swap there financial positions for ours eh?
Great news about been in discussions with Willie Manu already, we must keep him especially with him coming off the quota system. Was also interested to hear more about the JETS programme, how we need to keep producing players like Briscoe, Houghton and Burnett.

| On the record number of passes for SL, I think Leeds had 12k a couple of season ago.
On Manu, would people be happy for us to stick a new contract under his nose or would they like to see him earn it first? He can be very inconsistent and whilst I like him and I would like to see more from him this year.

I'm not sure he was all that inconsistent last year. I thought he was one of the few to put his hand up in difficult circumstances where our halves appeared to give him the ball with nothing happening and hope something would. He played a lot of minutes in 23 appearances. I agree generally with your point about not renewing too early but Manu was arguably one of our better forwards last year so must be a fair way down the road to earning an extension.

I agree Paul, I always feel slightly short changed by Manu, good for a couple of games indifferent for 3/4. He's got so much potential, match winning in fact, yet how many times has he been that individual?

| Enjoyed the Forum and Thanks to FC Voices for raising £400 from the last one for Life For a Kid Foundation and all who contributed.
Forget to ask Fitz if Cracker will be hitting our screens again, he seems to have lost a lot of weight and Hair since the last series.

| Manu was used wromg last season, I thought he played well in majority of games, but he played a too mnay minutes and played more like a workign than a gamebreaker, hopfully this season we will see him being used correctley, I personally see no problem with Manu getting a new one year deal.
The club need to look at extending Houghton and Halls contract also.

| Manu has played well in pre-season, scored a corker against Sheffield too. On form he's our best second rower (assuming Fitzgibbon is used as a loose man)

Going back to the Dobbins forum,i tuned in to the last half hour after listening to Hull's forum.Did you hear the question asked to Cilt Newton about are friendlys worth while?,in which he replied(quote) it helps to get your timing right and i certainly got that right in the derby) in which the audience all cheered. We all know he was talking about his cheap shot on Longy, which could of caused a serious injury.I thought it was in very poor taste and just proves what a two bit cheap shot merchant he really is.With comments like that i really do hope he gets his just deserts this season.
