I think they are just being a bit careful myself, He is the obvious replacement should the wheel fall off but they could just make a really good team together. In fact credit to Agar he has appointed someone who could be a threat rather than a cheap and cheerful yes man! What I like ffrom the interview at least is the way that the bloke just exudes enthusism, and is a winner in everything he has done so far. Perhaps though this is his biggest challenge on that score!!
Very excited by this though and 'bags packed and ready to leave' his early arrival is a bonus too!
