| Sad news. He was a top guy. Brian used to coach the student rugby league team at Humberside University when I played for them many years ago. I saw Brian a few weeks ago at Wembley and had a chat with him. He still remembered me after all these years. He always had time for everyone.
RIP Brian

thanks for your input.
Regards to all his Family - only knew him through the Stelrad link to say hello - and he did say Hello- never seemed to forget who you were - I think the last time I saw him was at Wakefield this season RIP

I was a colleague of Brian when he retired and chatted many times about FC and rugby in general during our time at Cooper. He was a great bloke and he will of course be sadly missed by all. Deepest sympathy to all the family.

Now you have me worried that you used to be one of my teachers.

| I attended Brian’s service today and to say I was humbled is an understatement.
It was a fitting send off for someone that earned the respect of everyone that ever had met him; he was a dedicated, hard working and genuine person.
It was also nice to see representatives of Hull FC there alongside a large contingent of people from all sectors of Rugby League, amateur and professional.
He will live on in the memory of all who had the pleasure to meet him.
R.I.P. Brian
