Imo they only need a hooker and prop. If there spending full cap this season, I dont know if they are, then with the upgrades to fox, welham, lovegrove and some youngsters add to that cook, hodgson and ratu they wont be enough for 2 top players from gene, aizue, fozzard and fitzhenry's wages. And you've got to remember that the exchange rate is not the best for ozzie's to come over. In fact in a year its plummeted.

I agree,the exchange rate is a huge factor at the moment in attracting big names over here.
The rumours have started from Rovers supporters that Cookes future is in a bit of doubt when he decided to take off his boots, throw them in the crowd and wave goodbye to everyone after friday's match. |
