Thought he was OOC though, so don't understand why there's a fee. Isn't it the same situation as Hodgson to Rovers, ie both OOC and under 22?  |

i believe the rule is if the club wish to retain them and they are still under 22, if the club has offered them a deal at least equal to what they were currently on and the player refuses it, then it goes to a compensation fee due to there investment in that players development |
