Depends on the circumstances, of course, but even the worst versions of what has happened with Burnett and Lee, 'reported' on here make it sound like something that could have been dealt with discreetly.

Sounds like this has been blown out of proportion a bit. That said if it happened in public the night before then it does make the matter slightly different. I would imagine Lee will be shown the door and Burnett to stay but with a warning like Radford got last year.
